Application Methods:













1. When in use, prepare an aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.1-0.2%, and use neutral water that does not contain salt impurities.



2. When dissolving, evenly sprinkle the polyacrylamide product into the stirred water, and control the stirring speed at 100~300rpm. Proper heating (< 60°C) can accelerate the dissolution.



3. Adjust the pH value of the liquid to be treated to make the anionic polyacrylamide product fully function (choose the best pH value and the dosage of this series of products through experiments.)



4. When adding the polyacrylamide product solution, speed up the mixing with the liquid to be treated. After flocs appear, slow down the stirring speed to facilitate the growth of flocs and accelerate the settlement.







Note:



1. The size of the flocs: too small flocs will affect the speed of drainage, too large flocs will restrict more water and reduce the degree of mud biscuit. After selecting the molecular weight of polyacrylamide, the size of the flocs can be adjusted.



2. Characteristics of sludge. Point to understand the source, characteristics and composition of sludge, and its proportion. According to different properties, sludge can be divided into organic and inorganic sludge. Cationic polyacrylamide is used to dispose of organic sludge, and the relative anionic polyacrylamide flocculant is used in inorganic sludge. Cationic polyacrylamide is used when it is very alkaline, and anionic polyacrylamide is not suitable when it is strong. The solid content When the sludge is high, the amount of polyacrylamide is usually large.



3. Floc strength: The floc should be stable and not broken under shearing action. Increasing the molecular weight of polyacrylamide or choosing a suitable molecular structure will help improve the stability of the flocculation.



4. Ionity of polyacrylamide: For dewatered sludge, flocculants of different ionicity can be selected after a small test first, and the appropriate polyacrylamide can be selected, so that the flocculant effect can be obtained, and the flocculant can be added. The amount of medicine is small, and the cost is saved.
